I'm not sure about a website, but there is a monthly magazine called
Nikkei Trendy that features all sorts of gadgets. Does many
comparisons you've mentioned also. You can pickup the magazine at any
combini (ie. AM/PM, 7/11, etc.).
April issue's main focus was on keitais:

I remember a keitai only magazine also, but I can't recall who
publishes it. I'll look at the combini on my way home, which hopefully
is soon ... ugh.
