I think most brew ringtone services work this way in the US - provide
your own browser basically...
further than that, java front ends:
Disney had an app called D-Top which was a java portal that
linked/launched the various other services. not sure if its still there,
they were charging for it and of itself.
namco's own taiko no tatsujin launches a browser to load new tunes that
are then available in the appli.
