My 2nd post to the list, though I have been reading the archives for some
time.

I'm going to switch back to AU after trying Vodafone for a year.

Looking at the AU lineup, I can't decide what to get.

I suppose top on my list is bilingual phone, which narrows
my choice to about 6 models.

I have 30万 pixel camera now, and it would be neat to go to 200 or above.

Java or Brew? Hmm.. I'm on Mac OS X, and would love to develop for my phone
but it seems like SDKs, etc are all geared towards Windows, unless I run
VirtualPC. :(

I've looked at the Sanyo that comes in Gold and dark purple. It's GUI looks
pretty nice.
A nice GUI is important to me.

The low-end Sony has no SD card, and a basic camera, but also has a nice
GUI..

The Casios are all sweet but Japanese only. Although I noticed that two
models
have a "skin" for the main GUI menu which was in English. (Rest of the
sub-menus, etc.
are still in Japanese.)

Win models are nice but the service cost is too high, especially since I
need a phone for
me and the wife.

It always seems like when I get ready to switch phones, the handsets
available are all lacking.

Anyhow, anyone who is happy with their AU model and if it is still sold,
please drop me a line. I would really
appreciate it. I have a week before I must choose.
