Arnold,

You are right that mobile operators continuously
work on the capacity issue. For example, they
use directional antenna/link technology, they
make the cells smaller by adding antennas etc etc etc.

It's for this reason that the three operators in Japan
invest about US$ 15 billion this year alone (not
counting the preparations of new entrants and
not counting the wLANS) - much
of this goes to expand the capacity:

Of course, the business models are absolutely crucial
here, the business models must deliver returns on
these US$ 15 billion.
