The theme for XTech 2007 (15-18 May 2007 in Paris) is "The
Ubiquitous Web", and proposals for tutorials and presentations at
the event are due by December 15 (this Friday).

On the list is an explicit mention of "Mobile browsing: platforms,
developer tools and services, testing".

To propose a presentation or tutorial, you just need to submit a
short description (25 words or so) along with an abstract (250
