Absolutely not. That was how it was with WAP in Japan for a time, and it caused
pretty serious privacy concerns.
It's basically illegal for the operator to give out such customer info as the
phone number, email id, etc.

No client side cookies or scripting with i-mode. You must track the user server
side, or with params in the url or something.
