The average user of i-mode is paying the 300yen/month basic i-mode charge +
about 2000-2500 yen of accessed data (packet charges) and pay sites (official,
accessed-via-i-menu sites) -- I don't have a breakdown of how that 2500
yen/month charge is split between packet charges and fees for pay sites.

user pays 100-300 /month per official pay site. DoCoMo gets about 9% of that
charge, the rest goes to whoever's providing the site.
