What are you outputting the image dynamically with? Could
this be case of incompatible gif versions (for example
the script producing the dynamic image outputs gif89a
and the static image is gif87a, and the Panasonic broswser
does not support gif89a or vioce versa).
Also have you tried outputting the image fom the script to
the disc and then getting it to the phone from there or was
the static gif created in Photoshop or alike?
