I seem to be unable to find any information as well. However, the first
emulator is already out (http://64.177.67.223/i-JADE/ja/i-jade_lite.html).
It seems that DoCoMo is giving its partner companies the decisive headstart
by giving them early access. I really wonder when or even if they will
release all APIs necessary.
