Gustaf, Fasted way is to contact your Embassy. They or the Swedish Chamber of Commerce (if existing) should have a brochure and lots of practical tips. Furthermore, it really makes sense in the case you are describing (schools etc.) to contact members of the Swedish society in Tokyo. Be ware there a waiting lists for school entree, so register asap.
