DoCoMo's PHS platform give you a small taste of what 3G applications could
look like although PHS are running much slower than the proposed 3G speeds.
Not much help overseas although you may be able to get a PHS gateway and run
a device locally.

Is there any way to demonstrate what streamed content would look like on 3G
