The Imode ringing tones can be authored on the Imode phones
as well as by NTT DoCoMo. Almost all Japanese cell phones made recently allow you
to create your own ringing tones. Its a whole
lot of fun to do it on the keitais.

There may be tools somewhere but I don't know of any. Anyone
else know?
