Virgil raised an interesting question...if Japanese people
in Hawaii want to use their i-mode phone, they can not (yet),
they can not even use voice roaming. But how about i-mode
'roaming' if i-mode starts in USA and Europe? Can I use
the same phone in Seattle and use the same services I used
to use in Japan? Can I 'login' in official sites in europe?
How does this look like on the bill for the customers?
How does it look like for content providers?
