Or something really stinky like "Bluetooth"...
Knowing the marketers in both the US and EU, they'll think up
some awful name for it. Actually, I think i-mode might well
stick because all the acronyms re: GPRS, EDGE, WCDMA, WAP,
GSM, SMS, 3G, 2.5G etc etc etc are confusing enough to the
general public - all the success of DOCOMO and the term
"i-mode" could stand on its own.
Otherwise, they'd have to sell it as "i-mode with-a-new-name"
and that'd be tough.
