Unless DoCoMo can't settle with the companies who
trademarked "i-mode" and many variants in the end
of the last year. These companies included atleast
BT Cellnet in the UK (or are DoCoMo and BT doing some
co-operation now?) and some german Intener consultant
who claimed he was not aware something such as i-mode
existed before he trademarked it in germany ;)
