I was in a conference a while back were the presenter Chihsan Ho, from XMarc
corporation (they designed the back end for the J-Navi service), said that
J-Phone has a special
emergency push channel to feed such information about disasters in the area
(and or
the world). I believe they are the only operator that does this.
It is a pretty interesting and useful service.
