You won't find any Japanese hosts in this price range and many of the lower
priced hosting here are actually reselling US host space with Japanese
support.

Why do you need to host your content in Japan? You do take a latency hit if
your targeting Japanese wireless users with servers outside Japan but the
cost/benefit makes Japanese hosting hard to justify.
