no they don't unless they've cut some exceptional deals.
A game of othello costs about 50yen, which the CP sees nothing of.

In korea KTF have some multiplayer game services like this, where the
initial DL is free, but a premium (ie the delta from base rate) on packet
data is split with the CP, much like premium sms.
