J-Phone uses a triangulation technique and stores the street address
with the sha-mail photographs. The charge for this is either zero
or neglibible (I have not checked that), and it's seems to be essentially
instanteneous (less than a few seconds, I could not measure a delay).
"Usability" seems to be perfect for all practical purposes.
