Ouch! Rather scathing piece. I'm an American living in Iceland where there are echos of much of what you
say about Finland, though not quite so exteme.
However, Finland will always have a warm place in my heart because they gave the world a wonderful,
precious, brilliant human being: Alvar Aalto. Nokia Schmokia. Aalvar Aalto is the Finnish jewel.
