The fundamental quest here it seems is making physical deliveries more
flexible or efficient to possibly accelerate those deliveries. Thus
jumping to solve a "deliver to mobile recipients" problem seems
inadequate at the first place.
Surely there must be plenty of room for improvement in the system as it
stands today. This is just the desperation of the telecom industry
talking.
