I'm not sure Tu-Ka was even in with a chance for a license. Certainly the
whole process looked like it was sewn up by the big three before it even
began.

if 3G is a big mountain, then FOMA is like a man climbing it from
10,000 ft below the sea level.  maybe we can say the same for H3G.

it looks J-Phone's 3G development is delayed and I'd say it better
late than early, like the Sky Project Web and Java.  if TU-KA won't
bankrupt in 5 years, we may see that they did the right decision to
stay away from 3G at all.
