Read this interesting article which talks of how
the magnitude of the problem where people make
new contracts (and avail price discounts )
for mobiles with digital cameras and cancel them
as using the camera is the main motive for them

With the next generation of higher mega pixel phones
and optical zooms and stuff like that thr problem is
sure to get more pronounced. Ideally the carriers
provide initial discuonts to make up in the later
usage of the mobile phone...
There is also some talk of addressing the problem
by disabling the camera if the contract is cancelled..
Yiikes...
