Short answer - No. Not on imode anyway. Most people are only dimly
aware that there is a "mailbox" on docomo's servers as mail it sent
straight to the handset. It is only stored remotely if the handset is
out of signal area, switched off, etc.
Indeed, it is not clear to me that there IS a mailbox for each user for
mail delivered immediately to a handset. Maybe they just queue it with
a delivery id.
So I cannot see where your anti-spam service would actually fit in.
