Some time ago we were discussing about the battle of controlling the 
"user experience"
that sees Nokia, MS and operators all trying to be leaders in the 
market.

If OS will matter more than operators services it will be difficult to 
see such a positive
future like that forecasted by Vodafone in which general ARPU should 
double in
the near future.

The same cold come form content providers being more and more network 
agnostic
by offering their contents on all providers networks.

It is always interesting to analyze the different strategies taken by 
operators to limit
the ISP effect. They really could be marginalized between OS-handsets
developers controlling the user experience and content providers 
controlling the
services.

Finally this is the real quest in this market...
