	I think it is basically a proxy which gzips content on
	the fly (Opera supports Content-Encoding, so there is
	another reasont to configure your mod_gzip). The Opera
	product pages also suggeset that it "optimizes code and
	graphics". Optimizing graphics is probably scaling the 
	images down. The interesting part is what is optimizing 
	the code?
