	Since this issue seems to have rised again I would like 
	to remind people, especially those working for press or
	for an online publication:

	Every mail written to the list is property of the original
	author. Nothing posted to the list is public domain unless 
	the owner explicitly declares so.

	There is always fair use but good manners require you
	should always ask for permission if you are going to 
	publish something someone said in the list.
