    All FOMA DoCoMos have SIMs as far as I know.  Pre3G DoCoMo phones
have no SIM.  I've been doing a lot of SIM switching lately, I hope they
don't wear out from too much switching.
    At least I've seen SIMS on all the 90Xi's.  I don't know about the older
FOMAs or the new 70Xi series.

    The N401i just gave me a big headache having problems with relative URLs.
Make sure you use absolute URLs if you redirect it from one i mode
page to another.  Regular A link's are fine either way though.  But I find
the same thing with all NEC's.  Fortunately NEC bugs all have easy
workarounds,
not all manufacturers are so nice.
