Dear list.
I read in the i-mode faq that: "For English characters the standard Western
Encoding (ISO-8859-1) is allowed.". Will all i-mode phones support
iso-8859-1, if answer is no approximately how many will?
Will this require the user of the phone to change language settings or will
the browser autodetect meta tags or header info?
