My imode site http://ikaiwa.com/i has banner ads (text) I'm using a 3rd
party to sell and display the ads. However, my clicktru rates are terribly
low .05% probably because the ads are mostly for cashing companys (loans)
and their own publicity ads, and I have a core group of users seeing the
same ads over and over. When the 3rd party places new ads, the click rate
increases slightly then returns to low levels. My internal ads do much
better 3-5%. So your rates will fluctuate depending on the service your
advertising and the type of traffic you have. The best services seem to be
other i-mode content sites- chat etc..
I am trying to find out if imode handsets use a different ip based on
location, but need more samples.
