Does anyone have a chart or listing handy showing how keitai processor
speeds and memory (RAM & ROM) capacity will develop over 2001? Even if the
projected specs for just one or two models were available, that would help.

A japanese manufacturer supplied me with the following data on CPU processing power a few months ago:
mid-2000: 2-3 MIPS
2001: 6 MIPS
2002: 12 MIPS
