There are earpieces of course - but to tell you the truth have yet to find
one I like.  I kinda' liked the panasonic (i think?) prototype with a PDA on
the wrist or otherwise attached and finger earpieces.  I may be combining
different manufacturers here.

The main point is that there is, I believe, a market for PDA-sized phones
whether the PDA-like module is the mouth/earpiece or not is an ergonomic
issue.  I carry a PDA, keitai, and sometimes other devices.  Would prefer to
consolidate into one.
