Just finished reading. I must say I'm impressed. In all honesty
Natsuno's always come as as rather superior, even arrogant, in my
opinion, but after reading his thoughts and analysis on the strategies
behind i-mode, I have to give him credit.

Only thing he screwed up on (even though he got an MBA in the states
and even worked for startup when he came back to Japan) was that he
didn't get stock/options in NTT DoCoMo.

Highly recommend the book, though I believe it's still only in
Japanese.
