As i-mode users plain old HTML and not CHTML, the only thing you could look
for are tags unique to i-mode: emoji or tel: but this would still only catch
sites that are using these.

With the wealth of USER_AGENT info that DoCoMo has supplied, IMHO there is
little excuse for /i sites unless you have limited server script access.
