No. You only see on your bill to what paid official content sites you have 
subscribed.
If you register for an official imode site, you are not charged until the 
last day of the month. Exception is when you cancel before the end of the 
month. In this case you have the pay the full months fee.

No. DoCoMo is making more money than the contentproviders.
