Hello Is there any data around that shows the peak usage of PHS (e.g. times of day/week). Does anyone know if Mopera (pushed by DoCoMo for use with P-in Comp@ct) is exclusively a PHS provider, or does Mopera service (share their bandwidth with) landline customers also?
