If you have the budget, you could talk to one of the UMTS testing companies
(Ubinetics comes to mind). Although their ;base-station in a box' is
probably filing-cabinet sized. Otherwise I suspect you're out of luck.
I've been demoing a plain old i-mode phone and a J-Phone camera-phone around
Europe - for people who've only ever seen European handsets (let alone US
handsets - giggle) even that is mind-blowing.
Maybe you could cache some video on the handsets and play that back abroad?
