(keitai-l) J-Phone models & Java

There is a various number of J-Phone models, like J-D03, J-D31, J-D04, J-D05, J-DN02, J-DN03, J-K03, J-K04, J-K05, J-N02, J-N03, J-N04, J-NM01, J-P02, J-P03, J-PE03, J-SA02, J-SA03, J-SA04, J-SH02, J-SH03, J-SH04, J-SH05, J-SH06, J-SH07, J-T04, J-T05 and J-T06. 

Is there any way to determine from the model code which of these have Java? Does all new J-Phone models have Java? Is there differences in the extension API between the models? Is that same extension used in any other phones, than J-Phone models?

It's quite hard to find that information in english... Thanks in advance!
