Of course CDMA2000 1xRTT is capable of packet-based connections. The other
details of the announcement aren't interesting (unless you're doing
enterprise) since they will likely change a lot. Today's InfoSync, for
example, "Verizon Wireless also anticipates introducing plans based on
kilobyte usage in the near future for customers and enterprises that prefer
