here you made your very first mistake in project
management...don't complain, but encourage people!
Anno 1993 I used to have a BBS system and tried out various
concepts of upload/download ratios. At this time you could
easily get 1 upload for 10 downloads...these days you can be
happy if you get 1 upload for 10,000 downloads.
Basically I think that you will not have luck with your
project, because too much people on this list are not really
interesting in sharing information if they also can sell
them for good money.
So it looks like you have to use your own collection to
maintain your sites.
