I also switched from PDC to FOMA N2002 recently on my private phone.

(+) The screen is soooo nice and large
(+) Capacity for Java apps and so on
(+) Voice quality, hey, I can hear!
(+) I-motion, I like it

(-) The batteries, ouch!
(-) Sudden dead phone lines
(-) interrupted calls and download
(-) dead zones in Tokyo
