Because DoCoMo controls the end-to-end connection from handset to gateway
simply spoofing the User Agent will not cut it.  You can proof this by using
the tool wget.

Such as:
wget -U "DoCoMo/1.0/F503iS/c10" docomo.ne.jp/mn/main
--14:27:08--  http://docomo.ne.jp/mn/main
           => `main'
Connecting to docomo.ne.jp:80...
connect: Connection timed out
Retrying.
