there are a range of softwares for 'backing up' and transferring data
between PC and keitai. I use one called "keichai" that comes with a cable.
have a look at bigu camera, the boxes outline exactly which devices they
work with.
you can then edit the data on your PC for address book, screensavers etc.
Now, if there was a way of transferring i-appli, that would be nice...
