mhm, still no hard facts. We sent so much messages to DoCoMo's
Network in such a high frequency that the keitai straps of your
handsets curled into the word "Nooper":

In our experience less than 5% (still too much though) will
not be delivered in the first attempt. Where did you get your
numbers?
