$10-50 doesn't buy you a coffee in Tokyo... and that's where you want to
host a 'commercial' service? good luck getting your content plan by the
imode division!
but trying to be constructive here I know of a good company called
cybird but $10-50 wont even pay for your telephone call to them... and
that's 'in the US'
