I would like to know how does a NOKIA phone lets its address book and other
stuff be shared/synchronized with your outlook on the PC through a cable or
IrDA. There must be some way of reading the information.

Not with Siemens OEM Extensions. They are based on simplest aproach of
security. No API no way of leaking security :o(
