No, no no, don't rent at the airport, it's too expensive and the phones are
pretty bad.

You're better off going to a "TU-KA" store once you get into Tokyo (you can
find them in Shinjuku, Shibuya or Roppongi pretty easily)

It should cost you more than $40 US
