The entire japanese mobile phone market was probably a little less than 80
billion USD last year including voice charges. a more reasonable guess for
the mobile Internet is:
packet charges: 1 trillion yen (8 billion USD)
content charges (with micro-payment system): 150 billion yen (1.2 billion USD)
shopping charges: 30 billion yen (250 million USD)
other content charges: harder to estimate
