I've see this interesting phone just introduced by Nokia:

http://www.nokia-asia.com/apc/phones/0,,587,00.html#hand

Pen Input and Handwriting Recognition:

Supports both handwriting and keymat input for
more creative expression.
Built-in handwriting recognition capability in
both English and Chinese
Faster and more intuitive method to write messages,
take notes or enter information
Predictive English and Chinese handwriting input.

English - Chinese two-way dictionary:

Provides the direct English translation of a
Chinese word and vice versa
Defines English word and vice versa
Built-in library of around 100,000 words and
a thesaurus of synonyms and antonyms if any.

As the Japanese handwriting is very close to
the Chinese, is this input feature interesting
also for a JP use?

What do you think?
