(keitai-l) J-SH53 music instructions

Can anyone provide instructions on how to get music onto the SD card and
get it to play on the J-SH53 phone?

I am at the point where I think I have to buy the SD-Jukebox which isn’
t included with the phone in order to get music that will play onto the
SD card… is this a correct assumption?  If that is so, is there an
English version of SD-Jukebox?  There was nothing included with the
phone, should there have been?  Or perhaps is that software included
with the optional music control wand for the phone?

If anyone can help me, that’d be wicked, I’m two weeks into my
purchase and I’m very frustrated.
